SAP Consultant (Logistics) - CoE

The SAP Center of Excellence at Dangote Group is looking for motivated professionals with SAP experience in SAP Logistics. Join our team of professionals, and work with our SAP Center of Excellence to support our businesses with SAP implementation & support.

Job Description and Requirements

• Drive workshops for business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting workshops, functional configurations, technical design, data conversion/migration, testing, client user acceptance and training, and cutover planning.
• Advise clients on business process re-engineering and recommended leading practices; identify innovative work-around solutions or processes to address client’s business needs.
• Facilitate the definition and documentation of detailed business requirements for various project requests.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team with up-to-date skills in SAP applications design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and solution architecture.
• Lead pre-sales activities like preparing proposals, demos, and client presentations including conducting client-relevant proof of concepts.

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience leading full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations with at least 1 SAP S/4HANA project.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions to align with client business vision and strategy.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement & support activities within SAP S/4HANA cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience working on system/vendor selection projects for clients including business requirements gathering, development of RFP, evaluation models, and supporting clients in evaluating systems and vendors.
• Experience working on quality assurance reviews including system reviews and post-implementation reviews to identify the gaps between user requirements and what’s configured in the system and providing corrective actions.
• Proven success record in leading large, diverse teams in complex client environments.
• Experience in leading teams with an onshore-offshore structure.
• Experience in business aspects of finance functions including reporting, accounting standards, shared services etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle client-facing roles.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple clients/projects.
• Ability to effectively work independently and plan next steps and tasks on projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in SAP Activate

Additional Requirements

• Able to travel within Nigeria and Pan Africa, if required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Certification(s) in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Previous experience with other Big 4 firms is a plus.
