Our mission is to empower our youths with employability skills and practical work experience, so they have the confidence and technical know-how to compete in Nigeria’s job’s market.
Our goal is to showcase the importance of job creation for poverty reduction strategies, where the qualitative dimensions; skill formation and training aspects are addressed.
Our main activity is to develop employment opportunities by creating and funding Apprenticeship placements and programs for our unemployed youths engaged in undesirable activities rendering them underemployed in Nigeria.
In addition to this we provide free CV clinics to all jobseekers registered with us and in time free in-house soft skill training for those that are not quite ready for Apprenticeship placements.
