Who we are
LEAP (Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability & Professionalism) Africa is a nonprofit organization, founded by Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli (MFR) in 2002. We are committed to developing dynamic, innovative and principled African leaders.
We recognize that raising leaders is critical to nation building and wealth creation. Over the years, LEAP has inspired and equipped youth, business owners and social entrepreneurs to lead ethically while implementing initiatives that transform their communities and organizations; sustaining livelihood and contributing to national development. LEAP achieves this through its training programmes, publications and most recently eLearning.
As an organization, LEAP has invested in continuous research on leadership developments in Africa. This research serves as the basis for our innovative curriculum. Our books are action-oriented guides to creating positive and lasting change in individuals, organisations and communities. To date, LEAP has successfully published 11 leadership books that cuts across different topics in business on topics such as ethics, governance, talent management, succession planning and corporate culture. These publications have received endorsements from local and international leaders and professionals working in related fields.
