MYD Telecoms Company Limited is a construction, engineering and project management company providing services and support for Telcos, Telco OEMs and Enterprise Companies in sub Saharan Africa. The company emphasizes converged services and support to differentiate itself from specific/specialist telecoms services support companies. We are on the brink of penetrating a lucrative market in a rapidly changing Telco industry.
The current trend is for a telco support service company to provide a specialist service across four or five telcos or its OEM. But now that the Telco market is changing from voice to data as a result of the IP based technology, the revenue from the voice market is dropping drastically hence affecting 60% the telcos revenue. The need has come for the telcos and its OEMs to look for a way to cut-down its cost of operations. Hence need service and support companies that can provide services across board and across Africa i.e economies of scale.
