SAMTL Properties Ltd is an affiliate of Sterling Asset Management and Trustees Ltd. It was registered by corporate affairs commission in May 2000 as a private company limited by shares. The registered objects include but not limited to the following:

To carry on real estate business and any other business relating to properties
To buy, sell, lease, let or deal in real properties
To act as agent, managers and/or commission agent as the need may arise in the course of carrying out the businesses of the company
To carry out valuation of land, properties and machinery
In the last sixteen years of its existence, Samtl properties has promoted and contributed in no great measure to real estate development through its strong asset base. The company has provided houses to high and low end income bracket, both local and in the Diaspora. The company’s presence is visibly felt in three major cities of Lagos, Abuja and Portharcourt. The growth plan of the company is to flout a real estate investment trust (REIT) in the nearest future and also partner with reputable foreign developer to bring houses to the needy.
