• We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, possess excellent technical skills, and have a strong understanding of architectural principles.
• This individual will collaborate with our team to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing initial design concepts, and creating detailed architectural plans that meet functional requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
• Conducting site visits to assess environmental factors, zoning regulations, and other conditions that may impact the design and construction process.
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models of building designs.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed of project progress, address any concerns or changes, and ensure that their expectations are met.
• Working closely with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to integrate various design elements and ensure that all aspects of the project align with the overall vision.
• Incorporating sustainable design principles and practices into architectural projects to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture, and integrating innovative solutions into your designs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Strong design skills and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Experience with sustainable design principles and practices is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
