The System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the company’s server infrastructure operates with maximum uptime, providing fast and reliable connections.
It involves maintaining an HCI infrastructure to improve efficiency and availability of services, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting the entire infrastructure.

Server Infrastructure Management, Monitoring and Maintenance.
Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Management.
Microsoft Office365 Administration.
Active Directory (Hybrid) & Group Policy Management.
Identity and Access Management.
Patch Monitoring, Rollout and Management.
Vulnerabilities Remediation, and Systems Security
Enterprise Backup Management.
User Profiling Setup and Management
SharePoint and on-premises File Server Right and Access Administration
Ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure
Documenting and reporting on system configuration and maintenance
Working knowledge of Domain Name service
Working knowledge on Virtualization (Hyper-V)
Skills Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or any related field
Professional certification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Experts (MCSE)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies.
Comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product and technical standpoint.
Liaising with OEM, vendor and third party for support on the infrastructure.
