Job Description / Responsibility

The basic responsibilities of the Facility Manager for PrepClass NG include the following;

Oversees the company's facilities operations, manages projects and maintains an adequate inventory list.

Coordinate systems/electronic performance and maintenance

Oversee and manage the office services (ensuring the office is in its expected shape) with the office assistants

Partner with HR to maintain office policies and procedures as necessary

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the office environment.

Partner with HR to ensure inventory lists are up to date and note all equipment conditions.

Manage LIRS (Tax) process

Ensures adequate supply of all necessary equipment for events when the needs arise

Plus all other side projects that come up.

Educational Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination.

Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.

Time management skills including being able to handle a complex, varied workload.

Proximity to living in Yaba, Lagos.
