We need the services of an Operations Manager who will manage the daily operations of the company.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role

Work experience at the multi-national company is an advantage

Efficient in the use of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Good relationships with employees and colleagues.

Experience in the cellular market

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance

Manage a large technical staff

Planned and implemented rollout operations

Manage and coordinated resources required for the operations

Conduct periodical training for the technical teams

Selection and management of contractors

Preparations of Milestones (Gantt)

Coordinate and synchronize all resources required for deployment and operations.

Efficient follow-up on tasks and manpower performances.
