Job Description / Responsibility

Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards

Develops testing schedule for raw materials based on the production requirements, finished products for marketing needs, and stability samples to provide annual reports

Reporting non-compliance

Identify deviation in the standard

Implementing FSMS,

Ensure FEFO and FIFO are followed

Work to resolve and prevent customer complaints

Ensuring strict Adherence to GMP and GHP

Adequate knowledge of food hazards.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in related field

Experience Requirements

2+ years experience in the same field

Process Control Documentation

Store Management

Stock Rotation

Packaging knowledge

Inventory Control,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skill

Material Management

Knowledge of SAP and NAV is a MUST

Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage.
