We seek a motivated, skilled individual with a flair for creativity to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling representations across print and digital media. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in design software and demonstrate expertise in the entire design process, from concept to final product. Collaboration with various teams is crucial, as the graphic designer must interpret and execute ideas effectively. JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Graphics Designer, the goal is to deliver operational excellence, professional services, and technology solutions that delight our customers.:

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with multiple teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing material
  • Optimize visuals for different formats, ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
  • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
  • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
  • Create, maintain and vet templates for brand materials used for external and internal use such as presentation slides, letterhead etc.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Proven knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
