The Education Support Service unit of Phillipanna foundation is desirous of complementing the efforts of Osun State Ministry of Education, by sponsoring an independent English language teaching programme, which intends at its inception to concentrate on Reading and writing proficiency in Primary 3, 4 and 5 classes in government owned primary schools in Osun State. The goal of this scheme is to enhance basic reading and writing abilities in the primary schools.
