About 15 years ago, a group of professionals from different walks of life came together to discuss about the common issues plaguing the business world in Africa and particularly in Nigeria with a view of proferring sustainable solutions to them. This became necessary knowing that the development of any country was hinged upon how robustly formed the real sector is. The pursuit of regaining business leadership in Africa through her people became a major focus of this meeting. At the end, we birthed our primary objective on making common individuals and organisations do uncommon things.

We had observed that as a developing economy, very little attention is paid to systems & processes; human resource (hiring, training and retention) and financial advisory services in Nigeria. Yet, these tripod stand forms the basis of doing effective and sustainable businesses in the world. It was on this premise that Excel & Grace was set up as a solution Company.
