What we do at KADICK is to consistently seek for avenues to put what we call “winning a share of the mind” ahead of the profits. This means that while the company must make profits to be sustainable, it must ensure a win-win for all the stakeholders in the process. However, we believe one does not come without the other. We are convinced that we can only create value when we focus on sustainability (people, planet, profit) on behalf of the stakeholders.
